Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all service coordination fees paid to our platform for medical tourism and health checkup services.
1. Service Nature Clarification
We are a medical tourism facilitator only. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or direct medical services. We do not collect any medical fees on behalf of hospitals or medical institutions; all medical expenses (including checkup fees, treatment costs, etc.) must be paid directly by you to the selected medical institution.
2. Cancellation & Refund Rules
· No refund if cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled service start time.
· Free rescheduling is allowed once only, with at least 48 hours advance notice.
· No refund for late arrival, no-show, or early termination by the client on the service day.
· No refund once the service has started.
· Full refund will be issued if we are unable to provide the service due to unavoidable reasons.
3. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via our Contact Us page. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
4. Exceptions
No refunds will be granted for changes or cancellations caused by:
Medical reasons requiring a delay or rescheduling (we will assist with rebooking at no additional coordination fee).
Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, travel bans, pandemics) that prevent the service from being performed.
