2. Medical Institution Responsibility

All medical services, including health checkups, examinations, and treatments, are provided by independent, licensed medical institutions. We are not responsible for:

  • Any errors, omissions, or negligence in the medical services provided by the institutions.
  • Any personal injury, illness, or loss resulting from the medical services or the medical institution’s actions.
  • Any disputes between you and the medical institution regarding medical fees, service quality, or outcomes.
